Bradley D. Smith, DMD

Dr. Bradley D. Smith is a native of the North Hills of Pittsburgh and has dedicated his career to helping patients of all ages achieve healthy, confident smiles. After graduating from Fox Chapel High School, he attended the University of Rochester before earning his DMD at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Brad went on to complete his specialty training in orthodontics at New York University, where he was named chief resident, granted a faculty position and elected to the admissions board for the orthodontics program. He also completed advanced training at the NYU Craniofacial Center and the Gelb Institute for TMD/TMJ, focusing on cleft palate, facial anomalies and temporomandibular joint disorders.

Dr. Smith has a special interest in early interventional orthodontic treatment and airway-focused care. He sees both children and adults, taking the time during consultations to focus on each patient’s specific concerns and guiding them toward their desired goals. He believes that addressing growth, dental and breathing issues early can prevent more complex problems later and help patients achieve better overall health and comfort. Known for his great sense of humor and love of talking with people, Dr. Brad ensures that every patient feels confident, understood and excited about their treatment. His expertise, attention to detail and approachable manner make him a trusted guide for families and individuals beginning their orthodontic journey.

Outside the office, Dr. Brad enjoys paramotoring, baking delicious treats, traveling to new places and spending time with his Abyssinian cat, Reggie. He and his wife love being active with their three children, exploring the outdoors and participating in their community. His love for connecting with people, sharing laughter and discovering new adventures reflects the same care and attention he brings to his patients. Whether at home or in the office, his enthusiasm for life, family and adventure shines through, making the practice a friendly and inspiring place for patients of all ages and the team alike.
